rikako and prez are so sus

Everyone has got to stop coddling Rikako. Yeah she clearly has serious mental illness, but she's not making any effort to improve and she's dangerous. I'm suspicious that literally everyone in her circle, especially Yuuki and the Chief, covered for her when whe tried to kill Yumeko and I'm not here for it.
