So the Adorable Calix got his adorableness from his stone faced dad? 🧐

Why are you so annoyingly adorable, Ricardis (ノ`Д´)ノ彡❤️
my phone is complaining because I can't help but take a screenshot of all your expressions ༎ຶ‿༎ຶAfter getting flustered from his blushing face, and then what, I get to see this one too!
I love hate this chapter, this is giving me a heart attack! Ugh, why is life so...

This emperor is a horrible ruler, who the heck pushes aside a prominent women because she’s old? And a prince because he’s not in the line of succession? Has he never heard of a coup d’état?

That feeling when ML finds out he's a baby bird to FL
She looks so proud
Emperor isn't even on the level of a child and they all know it XD

I'm just here to say, most birds have a poor sense of smell so they wouldn't know if you touched their baby. However there's a good chance the mom's nearby and if it sees you anywhere near it's nest it will likely abandon the nest and babies.

Dhimla is SO FREAKING COOL. And everyone else in that scene is utterly adorable 🥰
Fun fact about baby birds, though - it is a myth that getting the scent of humans on them will cause their parents to reject them. Birds actually have very poor senses of smell. However, if the baby bird in question has actual feathers (instead of just fluffy down) then it’s probably a fledgling and does not need to be relocated unless it’s in immediate danger in its current location (like from a cat or a lawnmower).
Also, I’m screencapping this part for purposes of pointing and laughing at the emperor when it inevitably comes back to bite him in the ass:
