Nooooooooo! I never liked him from the start! Honestly though I thought this romance was about to be with her and her godling, cuz that's how I feel like they usually go. And there so fluffy! But as soon as he said mother it was over, I mean even when I saw him as a boy earlier and act like that I was like like mmmm. Not so sure anymore. Anyway I've guessed for a while now, that the ml was going to be that God Eater and he's going to get a Redemption Arc. Actually the moment he showed up I suspected it but I was still rooting for the godling at the time.
