Karma isn't it? It's easy to say that " it's in the past". Hmm as long as you feel guilty about it and willing to change for your beloved, i don't think it's bad.

That's why, I like characters who have a clean track record. No shame to those who dated multiple people in the past, I totally get it. But when the character finds The One, you never know how the other partner might take your past. So it might be a better idea to play it safe and only invest in meaningful relationships. The number of past relationships is not the problem, but if something's giving the image that you might be frivolous, that's kind of a let down. Also, I'm only talking about the people who want to find THE ONE in their life. If the idea doesn't appeal to you, then chill. Live life like you want to.
